Our CSR Policy
Our Company’s CSR Policy aims at contributing to the activities, projects or programmes duly monitored by CSR committee and in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Schedule VII of the Act.

CSR Projects/Activities/Programmes:
On the recommendation of Board of Directors and in compliance of Companies Act and Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Rules, 2014, the Company may undertake various projects, activities and programs directly by itself or through the Trust formed by the Company and other social institutions engaged in such activities with special emphasis on Education, Training and Social Cause.

Geographical Reach for CSR Spending :
The Company’s head office is situated at Navi Mumbai and Regional Office at Delhi, Bangalore and any other parts of India where we may expand, the Company may undertake CSR projects and activities

Governance and Management :
The Board of Directors is the apex body that oversees our CSR policy and programs. On the recommendation of Board as well as the Managing Committee of the Trust formed, the Company undertakes various activities and programmes from time to time in view of CSR Policy framed.

Implementation :
implementation of the CSR programs happens through multiple channels:-
- Directly by the Company or in association with any other Company.
- Through Selec Education Trust – a Trust formed by the Company for this purpose.
- Through Registered Trust, Society or Section 8 Company.
- By Donation to Eligible Entities or Contribution to Eligible and / or approved projects, activities or programmes.

Monitoring of CSR Projects/Activities/Programmes :
The Board of Directors and the Managing Committee of the trust at the beginning of each financial year prepare list of activities, projects and programmes which the Company proposes to undertake during the financial year and from time to time monitor the expenditures / contributions made towards such projects, activities and programmes.

Domains of Engagement :
Our CSR focus, currently, is on Training & Education. Under Skill India initiative of Indian Government, we have accreditation from National Skill development Corporation (NSDC) and Electronic Sector Skill Council of India (ESSCI) as Training Partner, to provide On the Job Training for two Job Roles, related to Assembly. Such trainees are trained as per NOS prescribed by ESSCI and are also assessed and certified by an assessment body appointed by ESSCI. We have 120 Trainees who are undergoing this OJT, under Trained & certified trainers.
